Are you picking up keys for a viewing or the keys to your new home? Or do you need to return your keys after ending your rental agreement? Read the instructions below.

Retrieving keys

You can retrieve your keys from the key safe outside of our offices.

How to open the key safe? Click here for a step-by-step walkthrough. Are you picking up keys for a viewing? Be sure to always return the keys before 04:00 PM.

Returning keys

Be sure to return the keys in a well-sealed enveloppe or bag that clearly shows your name and (old) address.

Emmen: The mailbox is situated in the facade, on the left side of the main entrance. This mailbox can be used to return the keys. Click here for a picture of the mailbox.

Groningen: We have placed a mailbox outside of our office, on the right side in front of the parking lot entrance. This mailbox can be used to return the keys. Click here for a picture of the mailbox.

Hoogezand: The mailbox is situated next to the wheelchair ramp, on the Beukenlaan side. This mailbox can be used to return the keys. Click here for a picture of the mailbox.

Stadskanaal: The mailbox is attached to the fence near the entrance of the parking lot. This mailbox can be used to return the keys. Click here for a picture of the mailbox.
